Hon’ble Justice Shambhu Nath Srivastava is a respected former Judge of the Allahabad High Court and a distinguished legal luminary with decades of experience in the Indian judiciary. Known for his deep understanding of constitutional law and unwavering commitment to justice, he has also served as Chairman of the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC), Government of India, where he worked tirelessly to uphold the rights and dignity of marginalized communities.
Post-retirement, Justice Srivastava has remained actively engaged in public service and legal advocacy, particularly in the spheres of social justice, national integrity, and cultural rejuvenation.
As Patron of Hind Punarutthan Sangh, he plays a guiding role in its mission to revive India’s timeless civilizational values, promote unity among Hindus, and uphold the principles of Dharma and justice in modern society.
